Tue, 16:33: Hollow log, middle of a field, somebody left his porn stash. Our gang found them, boys girls together (ages 7 - 12). Fascinated.
Tue, 16:34: Primarily, the anatomy. Neither the girls or the boys had seen anything like it. Yes, even looking at ourselves, boys. Sheesh.
Tue, 16:35: We hid the books back in the log, went about our merry way and nobody was the wiser. Share and share alike, both genders.
Tue, 16:35: Then we argued about if the anatomy was 'real' or not, and I went to Mom's nursing textbooks and manuals for the proof.

Tue, 16:38: Late husband told a different story. He inherited his buddy's books when he moved east, stashed them in between the mattresses of his bed.

Tue, 16:39: His Mom, changing the sheets, found them & demanded to know what they were. (Mom's folks had been radio evangelists in LA, back in the day.)
Tue, 16:39: This was big stuff. Husband, 15 years old, knew he probably could not get in much more trouble. Steam was coming out of his Mom's ears.
Tue, 16:40: He looked at her, Playboy in hand and announed "they're coconuts, Mom." *blink* "See, round, furry and they have milk in them. Coconuts!"
Tue, 16:41: He then about-faced, marched back out of the house and scurried up the Mt. Wilson Trail to hide out until his Dad got home. #MyFirstPlayboy
