Because seriously, Cujo? Was a Good Dog. The Good Dog to end all other Good Dogs. Even as the rabies was taking away everything he’d ever been or ever would be, he had the strength to go “No. I will be a Bad Dog, and I will not come when I am called, and I will not hurt my Boy.” It was the rabies that did the bad things. Cujo was so good.
A dog that good, on fire, with wings, and an unbreakable connection to the realms of eternal night where the Corn grows tall and the jack-o-lanterns ask their secret riddles of the unwary? Sign. Me. Up.
Look at that majesty. JUST LOOK AT IT.
