varna has made a nice little community called 3goodthings.

Only requirement is that you have enough discipline to sit down and find three good things to write about every day.

And if the only thing is three really good bags of potato chips, well...I like potato chips.

My boyfriend and I do that each night before we go to sleep, tell each other 3 good things about our day that is. I think it's a nice way to keep the focus on the positives. Most often our 3 good things turn into 5 or 6 good things. *L*
