You know… Costco has a pharmacy if you REALLY want to stock up.
Plan B only works reliably for people under 160lbs. Ella is more effective for folks over 160lbs and works up to five day after intercourse. Both are OTC medications.

THAT 160LB THING IS ALMOST CERTAINLY INCORRECT. i asked my doctor about out of curiosity when i had to get plan B a few months ago and she said it wasn’t true. i also googled the hell out of it and the consensus seems to be that maybe it’s somewhat less effective on obese women than non-obese women, but still likely to work just fine.
