Duh. But the only way to respond to this is with letters to each and every Senator involved in the process.
Believe me, the guys objecting to this have had long practice doing this.
However, I'm running into one big roadblock.

They send hard copy letters that you approve. They also take suggestions for issues. They seem to be really clicking with my Senator, Kay B Hutchinson. I get a folder full of responses from her office over the letters that 'I' sent her.
