My current cat litter is driving me nuts. My cat is 2 years old and tends to scratch at the side of pan before she gets out. She spreads it everywhere despite the mats I have down.
Followers with felines, please rec me some good cat litter.
I have one of these for my cats and it’s the best thing. We get a little litter outside of the box, but it doesn’t tend to travel beyond the immediate area. Definitely best cat litter clean up option.
(One of my cats also scratches at the side, but this way she’s just scratching the inside of the dome and gets most of the litter off. Though the sound is super annoying. Lol)
We also use World’s Best cat litter, which is unfortunately a bit on the expensive side, but the best we’ve found after much trial and error.
Mine hate the lids, so we bought these and then discarded the tops.
My go-to litter choice is Swheat Scoop - basically, it’s wheat chaff. It gets on the floor, it’s biodegradeable and a vacuum does the trick. I also put down mats before putting down the box - something you can take out and shake.
