I’ve done a few runs in the past few weeks that I didn’t document so I thought it was good to start again. Very small run today, because a) I was tired and b) something was up with my right knee. But the squats felt good, so I’ll do some stretching/yoga at some point for the knee. I also did about a quarter of a mile between weight sets, but that was all walking while scrolling tumblr, so I didn’t bother adding another photo of it.
5K SEASON IS COMING
I AM UNPREPARED
One of my coworkers and I are both doing the Run for the Zoo later this year. I’m doing the 5K and she’s doing the 10K, and we joke that “Hey, so we’ll finish at the same time!” because of our relative speeds.
