Oh man, I can just imagine. Can someone tell me where I can send them a pizza or two? Some Starbucks? A dry shoulder?

Me? I replaced the CD R/RW drive. Did laundry. Read a good book that I'd put aside to get caught up with. Ate too many cookies and will have yogurt for dinner.

But now, I dash - new Teen Titans tonight!

I watched the last episodes of Saber Marionette J, dropped off my sister at the movies, bought chocolate bars (Savon sells them 3 for a $1), read my printer's instruction manual, took a nap, watched The Hours with my mom, and finally ate some garlic bread.

Went for Indian on Friday night, indoctrinated a new person to the cult of Jerry Springer: The Opera, took care of a post office run, watched a DVD of G-Gundam and the old German film Linie 1, escalated the roommate drama, quality checked an episode of God Mars, played DDR, job hunted, and came to the conclusion that I *really* need to do laundry.

Funny you replaced a CD-R/RW drive. I did too. Mine crapped out on me, so I picked up a DVD+-R/RW CD-R/RW combo drive to replace it.

Next up is the DVD-ROM drive. Sure, I can just use the drive I just bought, but if I ever have a need to copy a disc, its a lot more convenient to have two drives.

Actually, knowing something about computers, and servers, my boyfriend and i read the 'had to update manually from the bin logs as servers lied to us and didn't back up properly' and almost fell over in pain... That's such an awful job. And time consuming. Can we send them at least a thank you card for working their asses off to get us up and running again?
