No, unfortunately not. So far, none of the orchids I brought home were - but one that has never bloomed for me has buds on it, so I've got my fingers crossed.

Is that an interesting shade of rust though?

Try sniffing at different times of the day, like morning, afternoon and evening. This is a genus that's generally fragrant. Mine smells like coconuts!

Do hamsters even exist in the wild anymore or they only domestic creatures?

Kinda like house cats or domesticated dog breeds... not really sure where they came from or what their niche was before they became pets.
