Last day in Canada.

Condo has no phone in it. Pay phone outside is .25 a call and has no data port. There's a dial-up at the lodge - I'll have to truck the laptop over. Found this internet port at a coffee bar next to the glass blowing works (will post photos when I get home) - and checking mail from work, I've discovered that they've had a translator meltdown. Figures.

I'm VERY female, thank you - there's nothing like clearing customs, using the washroom and discovering HEY. So yeah. I'm on vacation. And female. Thanks.

Jim had a humongous migraine at 10:00 PM last night - so he's home nursing a sore head, and I'm out seeing sights today on my own.

Place GORGEOUS. And, well, it's Canada. Nice to visit a free country for a change. *grins*

See you all when I return. Going to go watch more glassblowing now.

One of my best vacations was a month up in Vancouver B.C. with my kinfolk.

I love Canada! And your experience in Customs reminded me of one of my own only I mine was: get out of my way NOW before there's a flood! :/
