I always enjoy sharing my Yaoi-con story...

Struggling AMV creator, just wishing to see one of my videos infront of an audience. I find out there is a convention in San Francisco...I could make it there... I would be able to see my video infront of an audience.

What's yaoi?

So I find out 'what' yaoi is. (Light above head) I'm not a fag hag, I'm a yaoi slut! So I make my first Yaoi amvs, and submit them. I also figure since most creators are male, they are not likely to have any AMV creators at the convention, so I offer to run an AMV panel. I soon found myself roped into that, and even judging the cosplay contest. I've never looked back.

I still remember teri-chan meeting me at the hotel (she wasn't old enough to attend), but she gave me some CDs to hand out at the panel.

I actually like some yaoi. Call it the fangirl in me. Yaoi fangirls in massive quantities, however, I can more than do without. *rolls eyes* The way some of them act make me just shake my head in wonderment.

But siverkun may as well have BAIT tattooed on his forhead. Two words: long hair. :D I'm sure he could fight them off and the ceolyn would more than gladly swat them away but just saying ;)
