I had some problems with Working Assets using MBNA as their credit card service (as they were promoting credit to poor people and then gouging like mad once they were on the hook) and I really wasn't pleased with the way Working ASsets gave me a mealy-mouthed answer that nobody else had offered to take on their clientele who had the actual capacity to do so.
I do get W.A's emails, and pounced ont he chance to send off a rather sharp email to my phone service about it.
Mealy-mouthed doesn't even cover it...

I have SBC/AT&T for local service, but WA for long distance.
