*Status Check*

This was blogathon weekend, wasn't it? *facesmacks* However, considering the schedule the next month promises, I'd better get my Sunday naps in while I can.

This weekend? AOD. I'm staffing.
Next weekend, the 12th? Nisei Week and Tofu Festival. Seriously, my favorite festival of the year. If you can make one the entire year, this is the one you SHOULD make. It's uncopieable.
Weekend after that, the 19th? Heartsent's Family Picnic.
Weekend after that, the 26th? Clear. So far. Something's lurking out there, just past the perimeter - I just know it.

We missed Swiss Fair - that was Sunday, and I was unconscious. Silly monkey. It was also hot enough that I'm not sorry.

In other news, it's amazing how much fun thrift shop "junking" expeditions can be, with the right people.

Best find of the day? A jog stroller, similar to this one for $30. (Take off the bonnet - though I'll try contacting the manufacturer and see if they have one.)

catsonmars found his lab coat, caitlin found blankets to finish her t-shirt-origined quilttop with, I found a humongous Pooh...and some of the worst rave music EVARH.

I also found a Hawaiian shirt fit to blind people with. Bringing to AOD.

The rest of today? Sucking ass. Will update if possible later.

Did you want to meet up at the Tofu festival? caitlin and I were talking about meeting up for that, and it would be good to meet you and Jim in person. Let me know what you think. Also, would you be going on the Saturday or Sunday? Last year, we went the day of the parade (I think it was Sunday), but I work the 13, so I think I'd be better going on the 12th. No decision has been made though- just that Tej and I are going to go again this year.

It was fun on Saturday, even if the rave music was horrid. *eg*

Sorry about waking you up from your nap. I was in a 'want to hear someone's voice other than my own who would actually talk TO me' sort of mood.
