Did I miss anything?
Oct. 9th, 2006 10:06 amAccomplished this weekend:
1 trip to Oak Glen (this approaches the mountain moving to Mohammed, seriously) - consumed? One egg salad sandwich and the last piece of pie at Los Rios. Apples purchased at Snow Line? 30 lbs.
Financial documents finished, notarized and back to Heartsent. This is notable on a Saturday morning.
In the freezer?
4 pies, ready to bake for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
All of the winter squashes from the last three weeks of CSA boxes have been baked, pulped and are ready to reheat and eat - five servings of Good, thankee.
Two recipes of sweet potato side dishes, one including apples from Saturday.
One HUGE-ASS turkey roasted, served up and portioned out (20 lbs. WHEE.)
All the laundry is washed, dried and ready to fold.
I ripped enough CDs to the iTunes directory to add two days worth to the library.
And I got two hours of Sim time in.
No, I did not get to LJ all weekend. Did I miss anything?

Date: 2006-10-09 08:04 pm (UTC)I just dread the cooking tasks - they are the most deadline-critical and time-demanding of them.

Very motivating, even from the deep funk that I am in.
Your husband is one lucky man. :)

Date: 2006-10-09 08:02 pm (UTC)You might imagine how much "fun" it is to get small, blonde and PUSHY behind you when you'd just rather sit and watch football on Monday nights....
