The little countdown clock is going nuts. Somewhere in the world, my birthday has already started. Wow. Wish I was there.

Hey guys, it's 42 - the answer to life, the universe and everything. Go me. No, really. Go me!

I had one of the fastest conversations this morning trying to go over this weekend's plans - and try as hard as I might, overbooking may rear it's ugly head. We are going to be so sleep-deprived.

But I can sleep after [livejournal.com profile] silverkun and [livejournal.com profile] ceolyn go home. I'm hoping they can hook up with [livejournal.com profile] digitaldraco and [livejournal.com profile] featherquill - we're going to be at work most of the day Friday while they're here in town.

Tomorrow, officially, is it, though. I want a nice dinner, at least.

So -

If you're in the area - meet you at Toro Sushi in Chino after 7:00 - tell Aaron behind the bar Donna sent you. The address is 5536 Philadelphia St # D, Chino CA (909) 590-1114. Jim and I will get there after work, which will be about 7:00 - 7:30 ish.

The nice thing about sushi is you can eat as much or as little as you can stand -

Come make have fun with me. It'll make up for not getting lunch today.

Oi. It's been three days in one.

Oh, and by the way - my bad. You post a .mp3 and I'll download it. Promise. Every time. I'm such a geek.

Hey, I married her, so I rate. ^^

And yes, I did get her stuff... The problem with commuting together is getting away to do some shopping.

"Honey, how about I drop you home while I get the dog food?"

"No dear, it's on the way, we'll stop and then go home."

"(Sotto Voce) What does a guy have to do to be sneaky around here?"

"Huh?" A light goes on. "Oh! Okay, you drop me off at home and go do the shopping..."

*sigh*

Thank goodness for Fry's. Has one of the best Anime DVD collections. (2 - Sakura Wars and one of the 'Adventures of the Mini-Goddesses'.

there are many ways around that my friend....you DO have the internet after all..
just gotta order and mail to a friend's addy instead of yours... wrap and wait for the big day..:P
other ways exist and are probably just as easy if not easier but it's going on two thirty here..:P
you live with the noseiest of nosey people and you'll learn soon enough how to hide things..
like that sticky tack (the silly putty like subtance for stiking things like posters to walls) is a great thing to use to hide lightweight objects above doorways people never use.. such as the cellar..(if it's small enough, a book or perhaps tickets to an event) air vents for smaller more durable gifts (such as jewelry in their store boxes) even something as silly as the old picture frame thing could work.. then if ya REALLY want to get technical, spies used to hide rthings within walls and use handmade fishing lines to pull them out..when i did a lil bit of deconstruction work (it was only for a few weks) i tore apart a wall and found that someone had hid their drug stash ths way... not a good example, but...^_^;;;;
anyhow, i'll stop now but just saying, BE CREATIVE!!!!
i'm sure she'll be pleased beyond her wildest dreams with what ya got her and it won't be at all expected.,..^_^
night you two!!!
and have a good time tomorrow...
order some salmon sashimi for me!!!
