Heard back from the contractor - and I had to turn him away. They want to take the house down, and rebuild - and the model they're willing to discuss? Wait for it. Better yet, sit down and hang on.

$650,000. To build. That does not include the real estate to put it on.

I gotta go find someone else. Dangit. Pfui.
