Okay, this just warms my ever-lovin recyclin' soul -

...Here's what I made: dumbells. 150 CDs, about 75 on each side, on a threaded rod from the hardware store and then (8) bolts to hold it all together. No tools needed. Just thread it all and bolt it tight.

Only way to make this better is for every CD to be an AOL CD :-)

Even if the threads wouldn't hurt your hands, and they will, you still need to make the handle fatter. Ouch. See if anyone you know has been working on the plumbing. They will have little pieces like that left.

Or you could wrap an entire roll of duct tape on it.

But that is so cool!
