Here's Saturday -
Jan. 25th, 2010 04:03 pmThe sun came out this weekend, and shone down upon the streets of West Los Angeles, where 25 of LA's trendy mobile eateries had gathered at the TLofts to give hungry Angelenos a chance to eat for a cause. Organized by the Southern California Mobile Food Vendors Association (the folks working hard to get the Santa Monica Food Truck Lot in the clear again, too), the trucks and patrons lined the streets from 11 a.m to 4 p.m. to raise money for the American Red Cross' Haiti Relief operations.
There were 26 trucks, and I think I must have hit most of them - if I only bought a soda or something.
Nom Nom has a whole new meaning.
