Whatever happens, I'm sure I'll be okay.

And at midnight tonight, this icon is retired. I really hope I don't have to replace it with this thing:

I Voted... Did You?

Fucking ping pong. (However, points to Snacky for putting Nader and Falwell in the same box. Yes, it really it a big circle of life and if you swing real far to the left or the right, you'll bump into your rival when the sides meet on the other side.)

The LA Times is calling Florida and Ohio for Bush.
CNN is calling Florida and Ohio for Kerry.

This is fucking INSANE. No clue.

One thing I do know. Anyone wanting to claim a flawless victory, can't.

God, I wish we were choosing between Carter and Ford again.

From [livejournal.com profile] insomnia:

Despite how close things are, though, I am going to pick a winner.

Osama Bin Laden. He gets to fight an America that's hopelessly divided.
The loser? The world, the U.S., Bush, Kerry, and the Iraqi people. Not neccessarily in that order.

Time to come together, folks.

Find another way.

(Of course, that doesn't mean I'm not going to remove all the political stickers from the cars. Don't need to paint a bulls-eye on my butt, dontcha know....)

What are the next four years going to be like?

Economically, like the 1930's.
Culturally, like the early 1970's (with a fillip of the late sixties for spice) -

No matter who gets into office.
