They're not quinces. They're quava.
Crap. These are tougher to make into anything but juice - and these are the wrong variety for that.
Maybe jam. Maybe.
These get juiced and frozen. Drat. Maybe I can find something useful to do with these.
THIS tree is scheduled for replacement. Definitely.
