kyburgOne of my cheap frugal tips for arranging travel is to use Best Westerns (with a AAA Tour Guide for assistance) when you can't Priceline a hotel room.
Well, what do you know. Best Western, as a hotel company, is eBaying accomodations for hurricane relief. And some other things, which look like they were donated by license owner/operators. It's very cool.
Best Western has its own philanthropic organization - Best Western for A Better World (it's listed on the auction descriptions) and they are donating 85% of the proceeds to the Red Cross.
I see some locations on places I have to go in the next six months. I might be able to hit two targets this way - but go take a look. Best Western is international, after all.
